Burton Hill Starts Shift with Auto Fire

The crew from Burton Hill started off the shift "hot" with a fully involved car fire on Powell Drive.

Just after 0900 this morning, E821 was dispatched to a reported car fire as the result of a single vehicle accident in the ditch.  As E821 was responding down County Shed Road, smoke could be seen in the area of Powell Drive.

Captain Still arrived on scene first and reported a passenger car in the ditch with a working fire and no entrapment.  E821 arrived shortly after and FF Zach huber stretched the bumper line for extinguishment.  After stretching the line, FF Huber along with Lt's Ganshow and Vaughn put a knock on the fire and opened the vehicle up for overhaul and investigation.
