Crews battled 5 acre wildfire off of Sea Crest Lane in Stuart Point yesterday morning.  E822 arrived to find a quickly moving fire in medium fuels.

Lt Tony Carneavale immediately requested E824, T842 and a tractor from SC Forestry to back them up as the fire was quickly moving through tall grass toward some tall pines.    Crews worked the flanks fo the fire to keep it away from some power lines until forestry arrived.
