Local Police Investigator Passes

The Burton Fire District would like to extend it's deepest regrets and sympathies to family of Sgt. Daryl Rhoads.

Sgt Rhoads was a detective with the City of Beaufort Police Department with over 30 years on the force. Rhoads was a single parent of two boys, Bruce a firefighter at the City of Beaufort and Glenn a high school senior.

The family will receive friends from 6 to 8PM Monday at Anderson Funeral Home.

Funeral services at 10:30AM Tuesday at Meadowbrook Baptist Church with burial in Beaufort National Cemetery with military and law enforcement honors.
